8. WAITING ON A CURE: There is a new design for the Waiting On A Cure: Picks for a Cure. It’s beautiful and hopefully all the fans of Nick Jonas gets one, it’s for a good cause and Nick would be proud to see his fans being there to support him. They already raised over $1,500 dollars in proceeds to go be split between the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (80%) and the Jonas Brothers’ Change for the Children Foundation (20%). The Design
The new picks will be available in one color, royal blue. The picks are royal blue being inspired by Nick, we decide to go with his favorite color, but we’ve
been using a blue theme for our cause since day 1, so we felt it fit.
The pick is two-sided. The front features a silver diabetes ribbon fixed on an anchor. We chose an anchor because the anchor represents “hope” and
also can be representative of Nick’s fan acting as his anchors, or support system while he continues to deal with this disease.
The back features the Waiting on a Cure logo.

Prices
The picks are available on two types of chains.
For $4, you can purchase the pick on black wax cotton cord.; approx. 20 inches in length.
For $8, you can purchase the pick on a stainless steel dog tag chain; 27 inches in length.

You can also purchase the pick by itself, but it will be the same as a pick on cord, $4.THIS MUST BE INDICATED ON THE FORM!

The Jonas Brothers are soon to be hitting the movie screens as well, their concert tour for Burning Up is in the process of maybe turning into a 3D Concert Movie with live footage and more. If all goes according to plan, the Jonas Brothers 3D concert film will follow right in “Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour” footsteps. Meaning that the Disney Digital 3D production will be released to theaters sometime in late January / early February 2009 for a limited engagement.

Tara: Our school got out at 10 today because of state standards testing so I’ll be updating as much as I can today.

1. ENVIRONMENT AWARENESS: As we all know, the Jonas Brothers are really great about going green. If you already didn’t know, they have the first album to be recyclable. A fan, Jono, has made a website, One Earth One Life, to help make everyone go green. On the website, they have awesome shirt with different designs. 4. FUNDRAISER: Taylore has sent us an awesome email to give back to the Jonas Brothers. Take a look:

The Jonas Brothers have focused so much on us, the fans, and continued to put out song after song for us. They work themselves to death, and I really think we owe them a thank you, but it has to be something truly AMAZING!

JDRF (The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), has this amazing walk every year to help raise money for research which will eventually lead to a cure. I walked last year for my mom’s work, but in my mind I was walking for Nick Jonas. This year, JDRF is holding Walks to Cure Diabetes all over the country and I’ve been thinking. I think that we, the fan community, should create “Team Jonas” shirts, and have a team at each of these walks. If we could have even one single Team Jonas walker at every walk, it would be beyond amazing. It would require the invention of a new adjective!

I already registered a Team Jonas at every oneof the sites (some of them already had a Team Jonas, meaning that there are other incredibly dedicated fans who are thinking the same thing…), so all you have to do is when you register, make sure you select Team Jonas for your team.

This fan base the Jonas Brothers have built has crashed MTV.com, upstaged Hannah Montana and got them to Oprah, what’s a little disease to us? I know we can make the biggest difference that JDRF has ever seen, so LET’S DO IT! Thank you SO much!

To all of the fans: You know how amazing we can be when it comes to the Jonas Brothers. All I want to do is thank them for it, and they BEYOND deserve it. I am working on registering a Team Jonas at every single location, so if you don’t see a Team Jonas in the Choose Your Team box, go ahead and create one. I am so happy right now because while I’ve been registering, I’ve seen some other Team Jonases, so I’m not the only one trying to make this happen! 6. CONCERT: WANGO TANGO: THE WANGO TANGO LINE UP HAS BEEN LEAKED! I was on www.kiisfm.com and in their news, it showed that someone leaked their line up. Jonas Brothers will open the show! Take a look:

Initial insider reports say that KIIS-FM executives are angry that the secret got out before the day of the show. Additional reports say the KIIS-FM legal team is frantically seeking the source of the leak – don’t look too far beyond JoJo’s office guys…
