Demi Lovato promises she’s never dated a Jonas. She recently sat down with Entertainment Weekly to clear up the rumors surrounding her these days. In the interview, she said that although she played Joe’s love interest in “Camp Rock,” in real life, she’s nothing more than his tourmate and friend. A friend who, she admitted, she was stoked to share the screen with for her big breakthrough.

”Imagine being new to Disney, and your first big job is being the romantic interest of one of the biggest heartthrobs on the channel,” she said. “Any girl that is a friend of the Jonas Brothers gets hate mail and is automatically suspected as a girlfriend.”

But just because she’s worked with him — not only on “Camp Rock,” but also on her debut album, Don’t Forget — doesn’t mean the two have ever rocked each other’s camps in real life. ”Joe and I never dated. We’re really good friends,” she told the magazine. “I just think it’s funny that people try to pin me to them. It’s like, Oh, come on! I think [if I were going to], I would have dated one of them by now!”

On the other hand, Lovato is BFFs with Nick Jonas’ rumored girlfriend du jour, fellow Disney gal Selena Gomez. The girls found themselves smack in the middle of a feud with the company’s reigning queen bee, Miley Cyrus, earlier this year after the “Hannah Montana” star posted a YouTube video poking fun at the two ladies.

But, she insists, she didn’t let the jab get to her. ”Um, I really don’t know Miley that well. We didn’t take offense or think it was a negative or a positive. It was just like, OK, cool, Hannah Montana knows who I am!” she said, adding, “She gave me advice on publicity and making it big, and she was like, ‘I hope you’re very successful.’ ”

Now, with “Camp Rock” on her résumé, a Jonas tour under her belt and Don’t Forget out in stores, she says that she wants to follow the path of another Disney star, Lizzie McGuire herself, Hilary Duff. “[She] has stayed a really good role model,” Lovato said. ”I mean, I’m sure she made mistakes, but you never saw them. I think it’s really cool that someone can grow up and continue to be looked up to by young girls.”

The Jonas Brothers – Joe, Kevin and Nick – are riding high.

Their new film, Camp Rock was a huge success Stateside, becoming the second highest viewed film on the Disney Channel after High School Musical 2.

They are also enjoying a surge of popularity in the UK, where they met by crowds of fans at the film’s London premiere in September.

Their third album, A Little Bit Longer, sold more than 525,000 copies to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.

They’ve also managed the rare feat of having two albums in the US top 10 at the same time.

Associated Press Music Writer Nekesa Moody compares the young men to other boy band phenomena like N’Sync and New Kids on the Block, but says the Jonas’ are something special:

“They’re not just a boy band, they have a lot of talent. And not only that, they are pretty on the eyes for all the young girls. They definitely have that scream factor.”

Young girls certainly line up in screaming droves to catch a glimpse of them.

And what they’re falling for is a wholesome charm.

The boys are managed by their father, a pastor who home schooled them, and each wears a purity ring – symbolising their intent to stay celibate until marriage.

All of which makes them role models to many.

“You know, we’re not perfect,” says Joe, “but we’re doing our best and we definitely know that it’s good to just live every day by itself and do your best to do what you do and enjoy it.”

As to what kind of girl will win their hearts, “Just be good to mom – it’s very important,” smiles Nick.

“If mom likes her it’s all good,” agrees Joe. “I think also, just a great personality. Someone that’s not afraid of what people think and can be themselves.”

Since 2005, the boys have toured with the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus and the Backstreet Boys, before graduating to headlining their own dates.

Even life on the road hasn’t stirred up tension, let alone sibling rivalry.

“I think for us, we get along very very well and I don’t think we would know what to do without each other. We’re each other’s best friends,” says Kevin.

Life’s not entirely a bed of roses though. Nick Jonas revealed he suffers from type 1 diabetes at a fundraiser for the Diabetes Research Institute last year. He was diagnosed while on tour in 2005.

The lyrics of album title track ‘A Little Bit Longer’ were written to help spread awareness of the condition, and offer encouragement to fellow sufferers.

The brothers reportedly give a tenth of their earnings to their Change for Children Foundation – and recently announced the charity would would be teaming up with Bayer Diabetes Care to keep spreading the word.

“I’m a diabetic so we work a lot with diabetes and research and creating awareness as well,” explains Joe. “Anything we can do financially is great, but also we’re focussed on being moral support for these kids as well because when they first get diagnosed they always feel very alone in the struggle and we’re just trying to meet as many of them as we can and say ‘It’s going to be alright’, and let them know we’re there for them.”

The condition isn’t about to slow Nick down.

He and his brothers are enjoying their success and looking to the future.

“It’s been an amazing ride,” says Nick, “and we’re just continuing to do what we’re doing – having fun.”

Ali Lohan reportedly received a potential offer from music manager Johnny Wright to help boosting her singing career. “Johnny Wright, who has managed the Jonas Brothers and Justin Timberlake, has offered to help out Ali and guide her career,” a source says.

However, Ali’s mother named Dina Lohan was apparently unhappy with the possible arrangement and as a result, Ali refused to join Johnny’s team. “We’ll see if Ali’s mom Dina will be into it. She wants full control and the full manager’s fee for herself,” the source explains in a further statement.

When asked about rumor, a publicist from Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister gives no answer. Instead of providing a statement referring to the issue, they only said that they indeed met with Johnny’s firm.

Pop-rock music sensations, the Jonas Brothers, will bring their live performance to the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The chart-topping band will take the stage at 8 p.m. on Nov. 19. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 4.
The Jonas Brothers’ meteoric rise as a pop-culture phenomenon started in August 2007 with the release of their self-titled debut album, which has since been certified platinum, according to Live Nation.
Leading up to the release of their brand new album, A Little Bit Longer, the band earned six consecutive No. 1 singles on iTunes.
The Jonas Brothers are the first band to have three albums on iTunes’ Top 10 at once, Live Nation said.
Recently, the Jonas Brothers were featured on the cover of Rolling Stone and are the youngest group to hold that honor, according to Live Nation.
The band has been filming a 3-D concert and behind-the-scenes feature length movie for Walt Disney Studios to be released in February 2009.
Their recent tours were also photographed for a fall 2008 release of the Jonas Brothers’ first book to be published by the Disney Book Group, Live Nation said.

Information: Step Out to Fight Diabetes in Charlotte this November! Serving as a community kick off for National Diabetes Awareness Month, our walk event will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2008. This 3.5 mile non-competitive fitness walk will begin and end in Freedom Park with the route taking participants throughout the beautiful surrounding Dilworth neighborhood. So grab your shoes and bring your friends, families, coworkers and man’s best friend for a fun filled morning of exercise, music, food and festivities.

There is no better way to start your fall November morning than with exercise! During check in enjoy the live music performed by Dave Opper and the Opperators. Walkers can also enjoy a light breakfast snack while visiting our annual Community and Wellness Festival and access to the Kids Korner for our younger participants!

Form a team with five or more walkers or register as an individual walker and start to raise money while spreading awareness. Raise $150 and receive an event t-shirt! A source in the know has claimed that the so-called “Bonus Jonas” will make recurring guest appearances on the upcoming show, starring as the youngest Lucas brother.

More details have been outed by a source in the know about the highly anticipated Disney television series “J.O.N.A.S!”, one of which is that Frankie the “Bonus Jonas” will make recurring guest appearances on it. The little boy, whose name is Franklin “Frankie” Nathaniel Jonas, will play as the youngest brother of Lucas brothers, played by his real-life brothers, Jonas Brothers.

“They play three brothers in a band. But in the show, they are the ‘Lucas’ brothers,” the unidentified source explained referring to Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas’ starring roles in the comedy series. The source moreover explained that its title “J.O.N.A.S!” is meant as a reference “to the name of the street they live on.”

And while all the Jonas’ siblings will star in, the series wouldn’t star their real-life parents. Their on-screen parents will be played by actor and actress who have yet to be identified.

The brothers are scheduled to begin shooting the series, which reportedly will be a single-camera comedy series, next Monday, September 29. The location of the shooting isn’t being disclosed. The series, still according to the source, is slated for spring 2009 debut.

You know we’ve entered a brave new world when the title of the most popular album among kids today refers to the singer’s battle with juvenile diabetes.

“Got the news today, doctor said I had to stay/ A little bit longer and I’ll be fine.” So opens “A Little Bit Longer,” the title track on the new Jonas Brothers album of the same name.
Nick Jonas said it took him just 20 minutes after he got his diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes to sit down and write this haunting melodic gem. The song and his comments about having diabetes are all over You Tube if you want to check them out. Nick, by the way, was born in 1992, which some of you will find pertinent. (His two older brothers and band mates were born in 1987 and 1989, and they do not have juvenile diabetes.)…

The series will be called Jonas, referring to the street they live on. The trio plays three brothers in a band known as the Lucas Brothers!

Brazil is famous for the “carnaval and samba”. Hi Everyone,

It’s been a great few weeks since we finished our summer tour. We were in London for the international release of Camp Rock and were made to feel very welcomed by all the fans overseas! We had such an awesome time but it’s also great to be back home. We filmed our Love Bug video last week- keep your eyes open for the premier soon.

It’s also been so exciting being onset for the first week of our new Disney Show, JONAS. We’ve been doing lots of fittings, table reads and rehearsals getting ready for our first week of TAPING next week. There will be lots of “surprise” guests and we are just so excited about it and hope you are too! The Jonas Brothers will begin shooting their new Disney Channel series on September 29, Access Hollywood has exclusively learned.

The series will be called “JONAS,” a source close to the show revealed to Access.

“They play three brothers in a band. But in the show, they are the ‘Lucas’ brothers and ‘JONAS’ refers to the name of the street they live on,” the source added.

The show, starring Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas, will be a single-camera comedy series.

The boys’ real-life parents will remain behind the scenes for the new show, with actors playing their TV mom and dad. In addition, real-life little brother Frankie (often called “The Bonus Jonas” by fans) will make recurring guest appearances as the youngest Lucas brother.

But while shooting will begin later this month, fans will have to wait until Spring 2009 for the series debut, the source said.

During a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, oldest brother Joe said the show would have a feeling similar to HBO’s musical skein “Flight of the Conchords.”

“It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” Joe said. “I’m really excited.”

The final night of the “Dancing with the Stars”‘ three-night premiere delivered a rock-your-socks-off performance by the fabulous Jonas Brothers! ET caught up with the teen heartthrobs before the big show, where they dished about their new Disney show “Camp Rock,” and their excitement having a “DWTS” team dance to their music!

Later on in the afternoon, Joe headed over to the “Dancing with the Stars” set to met up with his brothers for a performance on the show’s three-night premiere finale episode.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the 43-year-old Lipstick Jungle actress says that for the first time it was she who was in the awkward position of fumbling with a faulty camera while a celebrity looked on. As she and Rowan waited to “ambush” the boys as they exited the venue, Brooke says she snapped into action. “I’m like blocking the door, because it’s my daughter and I’d kill for her, and I’m like ‘You’re gonna take a picture with my kid.’ So I put her in front of them and of course I go to take the picture and the camera doesn’t work,” Brooke recalled. “I’m one of those people now.” When asked by Jay whether Rowan is old enough to appreciate the Jonas Brothers, Brooke said that her daughter has “a crush” on the group — though no member in particular.

NEW YORK–Spotted, Gossip Girl-style: Teen pop sensations the Jonas Brothers, heralding the launch of MySpace Music atop a billboard in Times Square. The launch of the News Corp.-owned social network’s music service is coming any day now.
The Jonas Brothers display can be seen on the billboard on the corner of West 43rd Street, with the slogan “Songs We Can Agree On” and a short list of songs in the manner of a mixtape (which include selections from Elvis Costello, Prince, and Albert Hammond Jr.) That’s a hint at the playlist-creation focus of the new music service. A URL for the Jonas Brothers’ MySpace page accompanies the ad, indicating that high-profile artists will likely be pimping the service when it debuts.
Playlists and “digital mixtapes” are hot: we’ve seen this recently in the iLike developer API and the popular-but-shuttered start-up Muxtape.
MySpace Music will be launching with either three or all four of the major music labels onboard, depending on which sources are asked. Disney Channel’s UK premiere of the movie Camp Rock – starring The Jonas Brothers – proved to be a massive hit for the broadcaster with 552,000 viewers (3.79% share), the channel’s highest audience so far this year.
The Disney-produced children’s film began with 492,000 (3.83%) at the start and steadily rose to a peak of 591,000 (3.63%) in the final quarter of an hour.

The film, directed by Matthew Diamond and starring Demi Lovato as well as the teen pop band the Jonas Brothers, was up by some margin on the channel’s slot average so far this year of 123,000 (0.8%).

The film was then repeated at 9.30pm on the same day which attracted an average audience of 56,000 (0.33%).

Camp Rock easily proved to be the most-watched programme on the channel to date. The previous highest rated show on the channel had been Minutemen on 29 February at 6pm when 502,000 (2.92%).

Minutemen and Camp Rock are the only shows to have broken the half a million mark for the children’s digital offering. The next most popular Disney show was The Suite Life of Zack and Cody on 26 February with 387,000 (3.71%) tuned in at 7pm.

Over on CBeebies at 6.20pm, In the Night Garden attracted 181,000 (1.26%).

The Jonas Brothers are growing up. And not just because they’re penning ballads about medical conditions.

The release of the band’s “A Little Bit Longer” on Tuesday is expected to be one of the biggest albums of the year. It follows two months after the top-10 debuting soundtrack to “ Camp Rock,” in which the Disney pop trio sang the showcase song.

The act’s latest single, “Burnin’ Up,” is already a top-20 hit, and recently sold more 100,000 digital downloads in one week. These numbers aren’t kid’s stuff. And the Jonas Brothers aren’t exactly “Mmm-bopping” around when it comes to their songs, either.

Sporting dapper, grown-up suits, the Jonas Brothers sometimes come off as if they’re playing a part. Just check “Burnin’ Up,” with lead Jonas, Joe, straining his vocals in an effort to force some rock ‘n’ roll grit to grow out of his adolescent pipes. Or the video, in which the band dons the role of Bond-like spies and runs around in an adult fantasy land.

And we haven’t even mentioned the lyrics, in which the boys are ogling a woman in a red dress and high heels. It’s not exactly risque, but it’s a bit removed from Miley Cyrus’ “Breakout,” in which the singer is still grappling with teen issues, like, say, getting up at 8 a.m. for school (it’s “crazy,” she tells us).

Indeed, the Jonas Brothers seem eager to grow up. But in rock ‘n’ roll, it’s usually the other way around, with artists forever struggling to hang onto their youth. We take a look at some albums in which artists may not exactly have acted their age.

We are live from the LOVE BUG video shoot. Ya’ll aint even ready for what we bout to drop.
You’ll start hearin L Bug on KIIS in a hot minute so make sure to roll your winders down and step up your game when you hear that thru your speaks.

LA has been good so far…haven’t had a chance to shut my eyes but it’s all good. Finishing up the 3D movie this weekend and then we start filming J.O.N.A.S. for Disney next week.
The City of Hope event last Sunday here in Cali was a big success and it was
nice to be a part of such a special cause.

Next week is a big week for my girl Demi Lovato…Her album drops Tuesday 9/23 so get yourself a copy. Don’t Forget!

The premiere attracted 780,000 viewers, and pushed up Disney Channel’s audience day share to 11.6 percent, the channel’s best day share among kids across multichannel homes so far this year, and its third best of all time.

The Disney Channel original movie also had its first European free-TV launch, on Germany’s ProSieben, ranking number one in its time slot with kids 3 to 13 with a 25.2-percent share. The Disney original stands as the highest rated live-action movie on ProSieben in 2008 with kids 3 to 13. Camp Rock achieved a share of 30.6 percent with young people aged 14 to 19 as well.

Since premiering in the U.S. and Canada on June 20, Camp Rock has reached nearly 46 million unduplicated viewers in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

The dimpled duo—sans chaperone—sat in the secluded upstairs section that only holds about four tables, and here’s what went down:

Nicky and his Selena sweetie musta been celebrating the release of Sel’s straight-to-DVD flick Another Cinderella Story, which had a screening that day in Hell-Ay. Don’t worry, concerned parents and Jonas-obsessed tots out there, neither pop tart indulged in any wine tasting, and there weren’t any underage PDAs going on (at least not during dinner), damn, damn, damn.

Why aren’t these hons getting their debauch on, already? Why leave all that teen tartiness to Miley? So boring!

Nope, guess S ‘n’ Ns purity rings are still intact. Just a few days later, Sel-babe was seen at the Van Nuys airport, spending her annoying airport waiting time webcam chatting on her laptop with her cutie. These two have gotta be the only two people in the world who don’t use a webcam for naughty nighttime fun.

1. when will you do another video chat?

We are trying to work out details for a live chat right now. We know that there have been a lot of rumors about a live chat. We will let everyone know through MySpace, Facebook, Bebo, YouTube, etc.

2. how would you go about dating a fan?
- i mean like how would you get to know her?

We are just like everyone else when it comes to love and attraction. When we meet a girl we are interested in we try to get to know her and look for ways to make that happen. The hard part is finding a place where we can have privacy to get to know someone.

3. do you like muffins?=]

Yes. Love muffins. Favorites are BLUEBERRY

4.why is home depot spelled home de.pot? hehe

5. do you feel like you guys have changed from who you used to be?

Not at all. We are a whole lot more busy. We feel like we are the same people. For us it doesn’t matter how many opportunities come our way…family is still most important. Staying grounded is also very important.

6. whats your favorite memory on the burning up tour?

Playing 3 nights at Madison Square Garden was an amazing experience. We grew up outside of New York so this was very special for us.

7. do you feel like when your dating a celeb there is too much drama?

A lot of the celebrities we have met are normal people too. It really depends on the person. You can have drama with anyone if they are prone to drama.

8. how does it feel to know your being compared to the Beatles?

…Kevin, the eldest Jonas, credits their popularity explosion to the diligence of their fans.

So there was a change in plans on what originally Nick wanted to do for his birthday. In-between their tight schedule on the road for some live appearances, Jonas Brothers are now busy working on a music video in an attempt to support their second “A Little Bit Longer” single called “Lovebug”. The threesome are recently spotted entering a huge trailer with a bunch of crew surrounding them.

Nick Jonas and his two older brothers are covered with umbrellas and blankets as they traveled from the trailer to the music video set. The scene then makes some saying that the crew either want to avoid public commotion or keep the music video as a top secret until its release date.

Unfortunately, there hasn’t any confirmed release date for the music video. The band’s camp as well as people on the set give no statement for the question. The band’s photos on the set of “Lovebug” music video can be found on Just Jared.

The band previously reveal their big plan for their next record. Beside eying to duet with Britney Spears, they are also keen to welcome Chris Brown as one of the songwriters for their new materials.

E! News has learned exclusively that the Jonas Brothers helped celebrate Nick’s Sweet 16 birthday last night at Los Angeles’ Dodgers Stadium.

“[Kevin, Joe and Nick] rented out the stadium last night to play a baseball game with some friends,” a source tells us.

The famous trio joined at least 15 of their closest pals (the minimum required for a baseball game) from 10:00 pm to around 12:30 am.

Just how much did the guys drop on baby Nick’s sweet 16 treat? Upwards of $30,000 for the less than three-hour affair.

Just renting the field starts at $25,000. From there, lights for a night game run $5,000, and food and beverages can add up to $500. Want music? Bring your iPod to blast through the stadium for another $500. Staff, amenities and even hired baseball players can be added to the package.

The Brothers, however, preferred to bring their own uniforms. Earlier today, E! reported the band scooped up baseball gear from Big 5 Sporting Goods, including athletic pants and shirts.

A rep for the Dodgers had no comment. The Jonas Camp has yet to return calls.

Joe Jonas has said he relates to his character Shane in Camp Rock, but only to a certain extent.

“I’m not so much like my character. He’s a little mean at times, but deep down inside, Shane’s a good guy and we can relate on touring-wise, for sure,” he said.

His co-star Meagan Jette Martin, however, said she had to do a lot of preparation for her role as mean girl Tess.

“The character Regina George in Mean Girls, lots of inspiration came from that movie. I actually watched it five times in one day before my audition, because I love the way Rachel McAdams play the character.

“You love to hate her. I also took Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada. I took a lot of inspiration from that because she’s more cold and you just don’t like her.”

But according to their fellow star Alyson Stoner, a lot of fun happened when the cameras were not rolling.

“I think my favourite memory was spending time with all the castmates at dinner because that’s when we really bonded. Just being around, having all the food, at the first dinner, everyone was quiet and by the end of the shoot, we were picking at each others’ food, yelling across the table so we just got closer and closer with each night,” she said.

So we’ve found out a bit more about how the youngest of the Jonas Brothers trio spent his birthday this week.

Not only did Nick get a new Golden Retriever puppy named Elvis, he also spent a day at a Dodgers game.

Except, they were the ones playing.

Wednesday night, the Jonas Bros took Nick to Dodgers Stadium.

A source says, the family “rented out the stadium last night to play a baseball game with some friends.”

They met up with at least 15 other friends and played from 10pm to a bit past midnight.

And that wasn’t cheap!

For Nick’s Sweet 16th present, the cost was over $30,000 for just under three hours of playing.

Turns out that just renting the stadium costs $25,000. But then to use the lights for a night game, that’s an extra $5,000!

Then food and drinks can go for around $500, and if you bring your own music, it’s another $500 to play it on the speakers.

Oh, and you can even opt to hire baseball players, staff members, and amenities for extra charges.

As for the JoBros, they opted to keep it simple and even decided to bring their own uniforms.

They were spotted earlier that day at a sporting goods store buying athletic pants and shirts.

Hope they had a good time.

We still find it a bit expensive!

It sure looks like MySpace is spending a ton of cash on next week’s launch of the MySpace Music joint venture with the major labels. The first advertising blitz hits Los Angeles (Hollywood on Sunset) and New York (Times Square). The billboards feature artists Lil Wayne, M.I.A., Jonas Brothers and others.

MySpace won’t comment on how much these billboards costs, or what the total market budget for the launch is. Any ad buyers out there care to speculate on what these might cost?

The first two images above are mockups supplied by MySpace showing what the billboards will look like. The third and fourth are actual pictures of the LA billboard going up today that a reader took for us.

No word on when MySpace Music will grace San Francisco with its advertising presence.

Who’s rounding the bases with the Jonas Brothers?

The self-confessed New York Yankees fans were spotted yesterday at Big 5 Sporting Goods in Los Angeles scooping up some baseball gear.

“The three walked in yesterday and went straight upstairs with a few of their security guys,” a source tells E! News. “They were shopping for baseball apparel.”

The source adds that Nick, Joe and Kevin might have been shopping to participate in an upcoming game that they were overheard talking about.

It seems the J.B.’s were in and out fairly quickly without much fanfare.

“As soon as they picked out their clothes, they came downstairs, paid and left,” an onlooker tells E! “No one in the store was really noticing them or going crazy for them.”

A first for sure.

Nick Jonas’ new puppy is named Elvis, he named him that after one of favorite musical artists/musician, Elvis Costello. Typical of Nick but we love it! Also here is more information on why he went to the Vet’s Office today for little Elvis Jonas.

Teen pop star NICK JONAS’ 16th birthday present puppy came with a surprise of its own – the pooch is riddled with parasites.

Jonas was handed the Golden Retriever pup, he has named Elvis, on Tuesday as a gift from his famous siblings, and he has been spotted out walking his new best friend near his Hollywood home.
But he quickly discovered the responsibilities of owning a dog when he had to seek out a vet on Wednesday morning.

The Jonas Brothers star cleared top Hollywood animal doctor Jeff Werber’s schedule after discovering the cute puppy has ticks.

One of the vets’ regulars, who was awaiting a session with Werber, says, “We were told we’d all have to wait a little longer because a celebrity was bringing his dog in. It turned out to be Nick Jonas, who came in through a private back entrance. “I gather his Golden Retriever has a tick problem and Nick was coming in for medication.”

Everything they do turns into a major success story. And yesterday (September 16), the Jonas Brothers (along with bonus Jonas Frankie!) were spotted working on their latest project, a new television series.

The paparazzi caught up to Nick, Kevin, and Joe as they left their trailer on the set of the new show in downtown Los Angeles, California. And all three gentlemen were looking mighty fine.

Joe sported a blue polo-style shirt with dark trousers, while Kevin rocked a brown patterned button-up with black pants and black leather boots, and Nick wore a plaid equestrian-style button up with jeans.

Speaking of Nick, he was celebrating his sweet sixteenth birthday yesterday. And it’s no wonder these boys are successful – they don’t stop working… not even for a birthday!

Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers takes his new pet pooch for a walk outside his home in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Tuesday afternoon (his sweet sixteen!!!).

The 16-year-old pop star received his puppy as a birthday gift from a special someone today. Nick shared his birthday wish to Twist last month: “I want a dog. A big dog!” Nick also gave a big thumbs up to photographers during his neighborhood stroll.

The JoBros also recently spoke about their upcoming schedule, saying, “We are starting our TV show next week and will be busy with the show until then. We will be going out for special performances throughout the year. Hopefully, we can make it to your area but we will not be out on an official tour until June or July.”

Nick Jonas returns home in Los Angeles on Wednesday with his new golden retriever, Elvis.

The 16-year-old Jonas Brother, who received the pup as a gift from his family on his birthday yesterday, named the pet pooch for two of his musical inspirations, Elvis Costello and Elvis Presley.

Nick was also seen carrying a 3-ring binder that read “Artistry: Golden Retriever”. Maybe Elvis is going to star in a new photo shoot? Or Nick is reading up on proper dog care?

Yesterday, the Jonas Brothers were on the set of their upcoming feature film Jonas Brothers: 3D Concert Film, which will open Feb. 22, 2009. Their younger brother, the Bonus Jonas (Frankie) was also on set.
