KIMMY: Alot of people seem worried that we don’t update as much as we use to. One thing is we CAN’T UPDATE news when there isn’t a lot of news, we magically can’t do that. Another thing is that I am usually the ONLY ONE really updating even with on top of more than 2 websites to maintain, full time student, watching over the family puppy, and just trying to have a life. I want to try to get as many people as possible to wear a green bracelet, wristwatch, ribbon, ANYTHING green on your wrist to the upcoming JB concerts this November!
Green is Kevin’s favorite colour if you didn’t know & so I want to try and see a bunch of people screaming and throwing arms up in the air that have green on them!

If this works out, I may try and make some official KTP wristbands for the world tour this summer. That way, Kevin will really know he is appreciated!

Nick Jonas always gets emotional when her performs A Little Bit Longer, but during Saturday night’s performance at the Carousel of Hope Ball he had to fight back tears.
The song, which the 16-year-old member of the Jonas Brothers wrote, addresses his personal struggle with diabetes, a disease he was diagnosed with three years ago. “On the day that I got diagnosed, I heard about this event,” Jonas said of the ball, which benefits the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. “And I knew it was something that I wanted to be a part of. To be here tonight to perform is a dream come true for us and for me, it’s truly an honor.”

The diagnosis changed the family, said brother Kevin, 20.

“It was hard for all of us. When it first happened we were sitting in our house and we didn’t understand what diabetes was. So immediately we went to Wikipedia and searched it online to understand what diabetes meant. Once we understood that he was going to be OK, we were way more comforted and immediately wanted to go see him,” he said. “He’s doing really well with it and there’s times when we have to be there for each other and with Nick’s diabetes there are times that you can’t control it. And we just have to be there.”
