   hey nick my name is anna . im one of yur biggest fans. i just wanted to tell u dat i really think dat yur a tru hero to those kids with diabetes. u never let it get on yur way and it hasnt stopped u from anything. well, im a person who doesnt have diabetes but i do have a disease dats called end stage renal disease which means my kidneys really dont function at all. im on dialysis which is pretty much keeping me alive. so im waiting for a kidney transplant rite now. it would mean the world to me if u could send me an e-mail. please, it would mean alot. my e-mail is acastro845@yahoo.com
