Hey guys!
After we heard about Nick’s side project yesterday, we went straight to the source – Kevin Jonas Sr.!
Mr. Jonas shared with Popstar! this EXCLUSIVE tid-bit:
“Nick recorded a new version of the JB song “Tonight” with The Administration. It’s really wonderful. Can’t wait for you to hear the record. We’re beyond excited about this side project!”

As Kevin Jonas prepares to head to the altar, his mom, Denise, couldn’t be happier with his choice of a bride. “I really think she is the right girl,” Jonas tells PEOPLE of Danielle Deleasa.
In fact, Denise says she sees so many similarities between herself and Kevin’s fiancée that she teases her son, “You’re marrying your mother – but she is just thinner and prettier.”
And Denise isn’t the only one in the family who gives the seal of approval to Deleasa, 23. All of the Jonases feel close to her, including youngest brother Frankie, 9.
Tough Adjustment
Still, the mom to megastars admits, it’s been a little hard adjusting to the idea that her eldest son will soon leave the nest. “My role has really changed,” she says, noting that three of her four sons now have driver’s licenses and diplomas.
But no matter how old her kids get, Denise says, “I’m always their mom.” That’s the message she hopes to share as an ambassador of iMom.com, a Web site that offers mothers practical advice on how to get involved in their children’s lives.
Message to Other Moms
Having raised some of the best-behaved young men in Hollywood, Denise has found that when she talks, other moms listen. “Since I have this platform,” she says, “I hope I can encourage other moms to find the help and support they need. I would have loved to have an online community like iMom.com to go to when my kids were little.”
For her, it’s the simple things like having family dinners together that have made a difference as a parent. “Everything I did when [my sons] were younger is really paying off now,” she says.
As for when her son will get hitched, he and Deleasa have not made the date public.

Hello Everyone,
October has been another busy month, my brothers and I just finished filming Camp Rock 2 and head back on the road this weekend to finish up our World Tour. We are going back to Latin and South America for a few dates and then it is off to Europe for the final leg of our World Tour.
Traveling to new places and meeting new people is one of my favorite parts of touring, but sometimes it can also make it more challenging for me to carefully monitor my blood glucose levels. I always make sure to have my CONTOUR® meter with me, and I take the time to check my glucose levels, no matter how busy I get – even when on stage sometimes.
Also, this month I’ll be announcing the winners of the Express Your Simple Win contest. I’m so impressed by all of the entries that were submitted. You all have so many diverse accomplishments to be proud of, and it made my job of selecting the winners nearly impossible. Congratulations to all of those who entered the contest and thank you for taking the time.
My Simple Win this month is taking care of myself and my health while having the time of my life on tour and filming a movie.
-Nick

Denise Jonas reveals her secret to raising three levelheaded superstars
by Fran Carpentier
published: 10/27/2009
What was your greatest fear as a parent?
“Kevin was my first child. When he was 20 months old, I was pregnant with Joe. And I would cry every night–every night–thinking, ‘how could I ever love the new baby as much as I love Kevin?’ because he was just so spectacular, so special. I really struggled; I was so concerned. I just did not know how I could love another child as much as I loved my first. And as soon as Joe was born, it was like, ‘How did I ever think that?! How could I have ever even felt that way?’”
Frankie is the youngest Jonas by eight years. Are you raising him any differently from the way you raised Kevin, Joseph and Nick?
“We want life to be very normal for Frankie. He’s certainly being raised in kind of a different way from our older boys because our family has changed, we’ve learned a lot of things, and our lives are different today. Frankie probably gets away with a little bit more than his brothers ever did because our schedules are so busy and because [laughs] I am tired!
“I think you would find Frankie just as charming as the other boys. I’m amazed at him and at what has been thrown at him at such a young age. He loves his brothers, is very supportive–yet, at 9, he’s his own person. Frankie has a roll in the new movie–it’s not a TV movie. All four Jonas Brothers are in it. I’m not even sure I’m supposed to talk about it. Frankie was being interviewed about the movie and was asked, ‘Which Jonas Brother is the best actor?’ And he answered, ‘Oh, my brothers are all great actors.’ The interviewer pushed, ‘But what about you–aren’t you the best?’ And he simply stated, ‘Oh, no. No way.’ I am amazed by him.”

How do you deal with the constant spotlight that your famous sons live under?
“The spotlight is always on, and I am always worried. My sons are human, they err, and they will err. And there’s always somebody looking to see if they will make a mistake. And they will, and I’m not going to be surprised, and I’m not going to be shocked, and I’m not going to disown them. I love them. And if they do make a mistake, I expect them to learn how to deal with it, to pick themselves up, and move on. We all make mistakes. We all have things that come our way that are difficult. Then also, there’s always more than one side to every story. I just ignore a lot of that stuff. It’s all negative.”
Is there anything you would change about your sons?
“I wouldn’t change anything–other than Nick’s diabetes. But this ‘detour’ has been a backdoor blessing. Nick has brought a whole new wave of understanding to diabetes and helped countless people. I see it at the concerts, the way people respond to him when he sings ‘Just A Little Bit Longer.’ Lives have even been saved–it’s amazing how many people didn’t know about diabetes or its symptoms.”
Have you ever shown favoritism to any of your sons?
“Favoritism, no. But I think that for certain reasons, at certain times, one child may need more nurturing than another. I’ve seen that with all of my sons at different stages, with different hormones going on in their bodies, certainly I’ve seen that. But it’s certainly not about being more proud of one son than the other, or having a favorite. But within the entertainment industry, I have seen instances where a parent has a favorite child or favors one of their children over another, and that breaks my heart.”
What about favoritism between your sons?
“My husband and I have tried very hard to encourage our sons to be very supportive of one another, and they are. What’s great is that my three older boys include Frankie in everything.”
Do the Jonas Brother still need “mothering”?
“Yes. I think so.”
Is that why you still tour regularly with the Jonas Brothers?
“Actually, Johnny Wright gave me the best advice about this. Johnny co-manages the boys. He managed the Back Street Boys, ‘N Sync, Britney [Spears], and Justin [Timberlake]. So he has worked with a lot of minors and watched them grow into adulthood. He has seen everything. I asked Johnny, ‘My sons are getting older. I don’t want to be in the way. Should I keep touring with them?’ And he said, ‘Denise, stay with them until they’re 50.’
“Actually, the boys are going to South America without me. But I always go on tour as much as I can. Why would I want to be away from my husband and my family?”
What Jonas Brothers’ scoops do you have for Parade.com?
“Nick is working on a solo act–it’s called Nick Jonas and The Administration. Shhh! He’s at the photo shoot for the album cover right now. And Kevin and his fiancee, Danielle Deleasa, have set a wedding date–but it’s completely private. Danielle, bless her heart, is from a great little Italian family. She is everything I ever prayed for and hoped for Kevin.”
So, are you ready to be a mother-in-law?
“Absolutely!”

WE ARE NOT BREAKING UP
Hey everyone!
#1 – The Jonas Brothers are NOT breaking up!
#2 – Nick Jonas IS working on a side project called Nick Jonas & The Administration
#3 – This project will be released early in 2010
#4 – We are ALL excited about this project AND what we are doing TOGETHER!
#5 – We plan to make music together for as long as we can.
To our dearest fans,
A news story hit the internet today concerning Nick Jonas & The Administration. We are so excited to share it with you…OUR FANS.
From Nick:
About 6 months ago, the three of us had a 2 week break from touring, and we all decided to go and do something that was on our hearts. Joe went on a trip to Australia and New Zealand. Kevin spent some time with his fiancé Danielle. I decided to go to Nashville, TN to make a side project (Nick Jonas & The Administration) with 4 musicians – guys that I had met and worked with before. If I was to describe the sound to someone… I would say its “heart & soul”, because the music that I make is from my heart, and the lyrics I write are from my soul.
We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers. My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me every day while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn’t wait to hear the record.
My brothers and I couldn’t be more excited to have these amazing opportunities as a group, and as individuals. We are already planning another world tour AS THE JONAS BROTHERS next summer, and it is all thanks to our amazing fans.
I am so excited to share more details about my project with all of you as we come closer to the end of the year, but for right now, Kevin, Joe and I have a show to play in Venezuela!
From Joe and Kevin:
We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives. But we are thrilled for you to hear these songs that were on his heart. They are amazing works of art from an amazing talent…our brother. We will see you later this year, next year, and hopefully for the rest of our lives.
“A three chord strand is not easily broken”, and one thing’s for sure… this three chord strand is stronger now than it’s ever been.
You are truly the best fans in the world, and we love you with all our hearts.
JB

Hey Baby Lyrics Contest
In our last Team Jonas contest, we asked you to share your version of “Fly With Me,” and we were blown away by the creativity and talent on display.
But this time, instead of performing a Jonas song, we’re asking you to write the lyrics for a Team Jonas theme song!! O…M…J.
You don’t have to start from scratch… First, listen to the Jonas Brothers’ “Hey Baby” to get the music in your head. Then, rewrite the lyrics of that song from a Team Jonas perspective. Write about what it means to be a Jonas Brothers fan, write about your friends and favorite moments in Team Jonas… Write about anything you want, as long as it’s Jonas-related! Just make sure your song features at least two verses and one chorus.
We’re judging entries based on originality and creativity, how well you stick to the Team Jonas theme. Have fun! If your entry is a winner, you could win the Grand Prize of a $ 100 Gift Certificate to the Official Jonas Brothers Online Merch Store, a special mention in the 2010 Premium Fan Club gift, AND a complimentary 2-year Premium memberships to Team Jonas, the Jonas Brothers’ Official Fan Club, or one of two finalist prizes of a Gift Certificate to the Official Jonas Brothers Online Merch Store plus complimentary 2-year Premium memberships to Team Jonas.
