Now that brother Nick is off on his own with the Administration, Kevin Jonas is enjoying some Jonas down time.

Heading to his car after visiting a friend, Kevin Jonas was texting non stop when we spotted him EXCLUSIVELY in Los Angeles.

It’s not all rest and relaxation for Kevin though, he’s got a wedding to plan!

Kevin is engaged to long time sweetheart, Danielle Deleasa, a hair dresser from New Jersey.
