Now he’s back on the Main Stem in the hit revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying as determined window washer J. Pierrepont Finch. Broadway’s newest headliner has graciously offered to answer fans’ questions on camera in his very own Ask a Star feature. I hope all of you had as wonderful a Holiday Season as I did. Spending time with family and friends is always something I treasure.
I am now in New York preparing and rehearsing for my opening night in The Broadway Musical How To Succeed In Business. Rehearsals are going well and I am excited for Opening Night to happen later this month. If you’re going to be in New York, and would like to see the show, tickets are available thru www.ticketmaster.com (and also through the official website of the broadway production at http://www.howtosucceedbroadway.com/).
SMASH, another project I worked on earlier this year is getting ready to air after this year’s Super Bowl. It will be on NBC, so be sure to check your local listings for air times. The show is about a production team of directors, song writers and producers putting a new musical on Broadway.
As my time with Bayer is coming to an end, I wanted to express that it has been both an honor and privilege to work with such a great group of people. Bayer is truly a leader when it comes to diabetes care and helping people around the world with their day to day management. Having an outlet like NicksSimpleWins.com to share my story with all of you and more importantly to hear your stories about living with diabetes has been both enlightening and inspiring. Together, if we continue to work hard, share our stories and educate people about our disease I am confident we will find a cure. So keep up the hard work, I look forward to seeing all of you soon.
Nick Jonas had a lot on the line Tuesday night, taking over the role of J. Pierpont Finch from Daniel Radcliffe and Darren Criss. In fact, he was drinking tea throughout his Cambio Live chat on Monday to make sure his voice stayed in tip top shape. But that didn’t stop the 19-year-old from signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans waiting outside the stage door at the Al Hirschfield Theatre in New York on opening night.
Some of the fans traveled from as far away as Brazil to wish Nick luck on his six-month run in the show. Nick’s entire family was there as well including brothers Kevin, Joe and Frankie, parents Kevin Sr. and Denise and his girlfriend Delta Goodrem.
Nick spent about 20 minutes with fans before AND after the show to make sure he got to say hi to everyone who had traveled to see him. Were you one of the ones there on opening night? Let us know your Nick Jonas experience in the comments below.
Nick Jonas already taped his segment on January 26th for 10 on Top in New York, but you can tune into Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 11:30 AM ET/PT on MTV to see the whole episode.
“We’ve got a SUPER SPECIAL guest co-host for this Saturday’s 10 on Top… NICK JONAS!!! Nick dished about his fave Jersey Shore star, and The Bachelor!”
Nick Jonas was a guest of the day on “Live! With Kelly” on January 26, 2012. He did an interview as well as a performance of the song, “I Believe In You”, which is a song in the broadway production called “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying”.
Nick Jonas sits down for a chat with host Robin Roberts at Good Morning America on Thursday morning in New York City.
The 19-year-old actor also made an appearance on Live! with Kelly before heading out with a warm black scarf around his neck.
Nick shared in his GMA interview, “The thing about this show, specifically, is that it’s one of those shows where a young man can lead this show and it’s very rare for a Broadway show. I’m so blessed to be in the position I’m in and to have taken over for Daniel [Radcliffe] and Darren [Criss] both, who were in the show before me. To know that so many other actors have played this role is such an honor. It’s a fun show.”

Music sensation and member of The Jonas Brothers, NICK JONAS, is now on Broadway! You’ll delight in his riotous rise up the corporate ladder as he struggles to juggle the promotion, the corner office and —of course—the girl.
Joining him are Emmy Award® winner BEAU BRIDGES, (Brothers and Sisters, The Fabulous Baker Boys), MICHAEL URIE (Ugly Betty), TAMMY BLANCHARD (Life with Judy Garland) and ROSE HEMINGWAY in this charming production that The New Yorker calls “a first-rate, high-stepping musical! This show is luminous!”
On January 24, pop star Nick Jonas and Michael Urie (TV’s Ugly Betty) officially became company men in the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. The 2012 Rock the Vote Campaign is kicking off on February 8th with Ron Robison at Fred Segal, with co-hosts Kevin and Joe. Exclusive new Rock the Vote apparel line is headed your way, soon!
It looks like Nick Jonas is getting along swimmingly with his How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying cast, particularly Michael Urie. In this new video, which Nick dropped hints about during a Cambio Live chat on Monday, the Broadway costars show off just how much they’ve learned about each other during rehearsals for the show.
Nick and Michael decide to put their newly-minted friendship to the test by quizzing each other on their favorite subject: themselves. Watch the video below to witness the full comedic chemistry on display between these two… meticulously cultivated during hours of rehearsal and dance practice. We don’t want to spoil the fun, so we’ll just say that it looks like one of the guys has some catching up to do during the next six months of the show.

Nick Jonas called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Tuesday to talk about his plans for Valentine’s Day, and address the rumors of new music coming from the Jonas Brothers. Be sure to listen to the full interview below to hear Nick’s thoughts on re-visiting “Last Man Standing”, and his character on upcoming television show Smash which ‘based loosely on Ryan Seacrest’ himself!
Nick character on Smash “helps fund this workshop for ‘Marilyn‘s’ [Monroe] life on Broadway. I have most of my scenes with Anjelica Huston which is was a mind-blowing experience.” Be sure to tune in for Smash on February 6 10/9c. Your able to watch the entire first episode HERE.
Ryan asked Nick to address rumors the new Jonas Brothers’ track, Dance Until Tomorrow, had recently leaked online. Joe laughs: “It’s a song that we actually recorded probably two and a half years ago that we were thinking of maybe putting on our last album Lines, Vines, and Trying Times, and we ended up not [doing it]. But we still love the song, and actually had some other artists express interest in recording it, but somehow this song leaked, and the fans responded really positively to it which was great.”
Most importantly, when can Jonas Brothers’ fans expect another album? Nick says: “Here’s what I will say. Once I’m kind of up and running in the show and feeling comfortable I’d say that my brothers and I are definitely going to start writing again. It’s been a while. It’s going to have been three years at that point which is obviously the longest stretch we’ve ever gone without releasing [music]. But we’ll start writing, and get more into it and hopefully we have something out for our fans. If not later this year, maybe next year.
Although Valentine’s Day is the most romantic day of the year, the young stage star is “interested to see what this [Broadway] schedule becomes as far as how tired I’ll be after these shows every night, because it is going to be pretty insane show as far as the dancing, singing, and acting goes. I think on Valentine’s Day I might make an exception and plan something. Stay up a little bit later than I usually would.” Adding, “She [Delta Goodrem] is going back and forth to New York and L.A. and Australia this year. She’s really excited. She’s doing ‘The Voice’ this year over in Australia. She’ll be back there quite a bit doing that.”
Nick Jonas is replacing Daniel Radcliffe on Broadway’s How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, which debuts tonight!
Nick Jonas hit the bright lights of Broadway in New York last night and now he’s fully confirming a Jonas Brother reunion. Hey guys, I’m Joslyn Davis in Hollywood and you’re watching CLevverTV. Nick Jonas is having the quite the week. The mega star made his debut performance in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” and this morning he opened up to Ryan Seacrest about the future of the Jonas Brothers. While the Jonas Brothers never officially split as a group, all three of them — Kevin, Joe and Nick have very openly been making solo moves over the last few years. However, Nick just revealed that once he’s up and really running in “How to Succeed,” he and his brothers are QUOTE “definitely going to start writing again.” The teen star added that “It’s going to have been three years at that point which is obviously the longest stretch [they've] ever gone without releasing music.” But, he went on to say that he and his brothers plan to start writing and hopefully have something for their fans “if not later this year, maybe next year.” Of course the next questions is — when will we see the Jonas Brothers on tour again? There’s tons so speculation that a big tour could be in pipeline for the famous bros. What are you hoping for? Let us know by commenting below — and click the link below to see a full gallery of shots from Nick’s Broadway take-over. Don’t forget to subscribe to ClevverTV on YouTube for nonstop 411 on this story as details emerge. I’m Joslyn Davis, thanks for watching!
