Nick Jonas hangs onto his bag as he heads into a studio in West Hollywood on Saturday morning (February 20).
The 17-year-old entertainer has been busy filming the new season of JONAS throughout the week. Costar pal Nicole Anderson tweeted, “What an amazing 1st week of filming! I absolutely love my job & all of u 4 making this experience possible. I hope season 2 rocks ur socks.”

School music programs are being cut across the country and Nick Jonas is joining teens nationwide to do something about it! Nick, along with DoSomething.org and The VH1 Save the Music Foundation, is kicking off the Battle of the Bands campaign to save music education.
Tune into VH1 on Thursday February 4th at 9pm ET to see the winners from this fall’s Save Our Music campaign and the debut of Nick’s PSA for Battle of the Bands. The spots are part of the Pepsi Fan Jam concert in Miami, Florida featuring Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Timbaland, and more!
The Battle of the Bands campaign will run from March 1st through April 16th. You’ll be able to submit your videos of your own musical performances with a testimonial telling us why music ed matters to you!
Then, a panel of judges will evaluate the entries and the Grand Prize winner will be flown to NYC to perform at the Apollo Theater in front of major music execs! Other winners will be chosen to receive up to $5,000 for your school music program, and other prizes like concert tickets and Rock Band video games!

He may not be a Twilight fan, but Joe Jonas is pretty open about his love for another vampire, the band Vampire Weekend. He’s such a fan that Joe is in their latest music video. Also making cameos in the video for “Giving Up the Gun” are Lil Jon, Jake Gyllenhaal, and RZA.
“Giving Up the Gun just means turning your back on aggression and selfishness,” the band says about the video’s crazy tennis match. “The heroine of the video isn’t an amazing tennis player but she has heart. She stays calm despite the unfairness of it all. The band (Ezra Koenig, Rostam Batmanglij, Chris Tomson and Chris Baio) also described Joe’s time on set saying there was “a lot of improvisation and some surprisingly powerful serves.”

Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas are heading to NYC in April to participate in the TJ Martell Foundation Family Day.
The musical trio are also teaming up with CharityFolks.com and offering up special VIP packages so that you can hang with them backstage!
You’ll personally meet the boys backstage in a private setting, where you’ll get the ultimate keepsakes, a photo and autograph! Select packages also include passes to attend soundcheck!

katerlyn: We went to Pinz bowling alley last night for my friend Kelsey’s Birthday and look who we ran into! It was my turn up to bowl and then I turned around and there he was walking and took the lane right next to us. I was so shocked ahahah. He was with Maya and Big Rob and then John Taylor showed up a little later. He was really nice! We shared bowling balls with them hahah. Then when we were almost done a guy that worked there came up to all of us and we didn’t know what was going on but then he gave us an envelope with all our money back. He said this is from Mr. Jonas, he wanted to pay for your games tonight and also a signed valentine. ahahah i was so surprised!! We thanked him a lot haha.
