The more than 2,000-square-foot pad has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, six televisions and a 120-inch screen that drops down from the ceiling, according to the report.
The apartment is particularly good for entertaining, broker Andrew Torrey of Corcoran tells the WSJ.
The apartment, previously occupied by designer Marc Jacobs, is owned by National Hockey League player Scott Gomez.

12:56 PM ETActor and singer Nick Jonas joins CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien to discuss his lead role in the Broadway musical How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying and living with type 1 diabetes.
Jonas says, “The thing about diabetes is there are good days and there are in between days and there are some bad days…. A bad day would be when your blood sugar’s high…or when it’s low. The thing about diabetes, type 1… is that it’s unpredictable.”
He continues, “Yesterday, for instance, it’s was one of those days where it was a bit more difficult but I just kept a close eye on it and made sure I was feeling my best for the show and luckily I’m in the best health I’ve been in since my diagnosis.”
Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien airs week mornings from 7-9am ET on CNN.

Updated: Monday, February 13, 2012, 12:53 PMNick Jonas is a painfully positive person.
But it’s not his fault. Let’s be honest, what’s there for a 19-year-old pop superstar to really complain about?
While most teenagers would jump at the opportunity to spout their opinions about any number of subjects they barely understand, Nick Jonas is obviously not your average teenager.
A teen heartthrob by age 13 and now a Broadway star in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” Jonas, who grew up in New Jersey, has a calm, well-thought-out, unflinchingly positive answer for every question.
As he likes to say, he is “blessed.”
The youngest of the Jonas Brothers sits in his spacious dressing room in the Al Hirschfeld Theatre and it almost feels as if he is a 40-year-old man in a 19-year-old’s body.
Sure, he’s a New York Giants fan, and he is excited about their Super Bowl victory, but his dressing room is free of all Big Blue gear.
“It is good to support the team in the moment, but this is a more work-focused environment,” he says softly to preserve his voice for the evening show. “I have to be 100% committed to this role if I want to really connect with the audience.”
Now what kind of teenager talks like that?
Jonas maintains a perspective well beyond his years. Of course, here is someone who has been performing on Broadway since he was 7 years old, when he had roles in “Annie Get Your Gun,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Sound of Music” and “Les Misèrables.”
So succeeding “Glee” star Darren Criss (who took over the role from “Harry Potter’s” Daniel Radcliffe) as the young, ambitious J. Pierrepont Finch in “How to Succeed” should be no problem.
While Jonas believes he is certainly up to the task, he admits, “I definitely feel a lot of pressure.”
Then he adds his ever-positive spin: “But it is a good pressure. It pushes me to give the best performance that I can, knowing that so many amazing men have played this role. It forces me to make strong choices as an actor and say, ‘Okay, this is the kind of Finch that I am.’ ”
Currently, Jonas is the kind of Finch who is desperately trying to preserve his voice. It’s not the singing that’s tough on his pipes, but the speaking.
“It is more the talking in the show that is straining for me,” he says. “The singing resonates in a place in my diaphragm and that saves my throat.”
To preserve his voice, Jonas drinks coffee — a lot of coffee.
“This is just a warmup coffee for me,” he says, holding out his mug. “I don’t drink any energy drinks, but I drink a lot of coffee. I’ll probably have a triple or quad espresso after this so I have enough energy for the next show.”
Considering the amount of dancing he does in “How to Succeed,” Jonas can use the extra energy.
“I’m quite an athletic person who goes to the gym three or four times a week, but this is a real workout,” he says. “The lower half of my body is ready to fall off at the end of the day, especially my calves and ankles.”
If any part of Jonas falls off, you can bet there will be a hoard of fans there to scoop it up and cherish it. At a recent show, the theater was packed with young, mostly female Jonas fans who screamed after each of their idol’s songs.
Predictably, he has nothing but good things to say about his admirers.
“There is no better gift than being able to do what I love in front of my fans,” he says. “Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am right now.”
Sitting in a dressing room, blessed, and drinking coffee.

Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas attended the Rock the Vote kick-off party for the 2012 election on Wednesday, which was also the launch of the exclusive Rock the Vote apparel line at Fred Segal. There, they opened up about what’s in store for the next Jonas Brothers album.
Although there have been many rumors, Kevin confirmed that work on the LP is just weeks away. “Nothing has happened yet, but there’s a lot in our heart to write about and we’re about to get started,” he said. “In the next coming weeks, we’re going to start writing together, and the future is near, which we’re looking forward to.”
Joe added, “In the next few weeks, we’re going to be coming up with concepts and ideas and start writing, and I think it’s all going to happen pretty quickly, so if you come back here in about a month and I’m sure we’ll have more to tell.”
We can’t wait! Check out a clip from the event below, and stay tuned in the coming days to see more of Joe and Kevin from the awesome Rock the Vote event.

Three years ago, Adele was an up-and-coming singer who was just beginning bubble on the American pop scene thanks to her 19 single “Chasing Pavements.” In 2009, a year after the release of her debut, the still-somewhat-unknown Brit won the Best New Artist Grammy. She was well on her way to becoming one of the biggest voices in pop.
This year, she’ll head into Sunday’s Grammys with six nominations for her heartbreaking 21. But back in ’09, Adele — who had yet to build up a big Stateside fanbase — managed beat the likes of the Jonas Brothers and fellow Brit Duffy in the category. Three years later, the JoBros can laugh off the loss.
“We lost,” Kevin joked to MTV News when we caught up with the guys this week. Asked if he had any 2012 Grammy advice for the “Rolling in the Deep” singer, he could only say, “To Adele … she’s only like one of the best artists ever. It’s cool.”
Joe also had some words of wisdom for this year’s crop of Best New Artist nominees, including the Band Perry, Bon Iver, J. Cole, Nicki Minaj and Skrillex.
“I think, go in knowing that you’re a winner already. You got that far, you should feel like a champion,” Joe said. “I believe Norah Jones said it: Sometimes it can be a curse. You get scared if you’re gonna win. I’m not saying there’s a curse on Adele — she’s amazing! — but a lot of times there’s a lot of artists that didn’t end up winning that became huge, so you’re a winner [regardless].”
And as the JoBros dished, if you do lose, there’s always a consolation prize. “You do get a really cool necklace, gold metal thing,” Kevin revealed.

While their brother Nick Jonas is busy in NYC looking dapper (and starring in Broadway’s “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying”), Kevin and Joe Jonas are holding down the handsome front on the West Coast. Last night they were snapped walking the red carpet at the 2012 “Rock The Vote” pre-Grammy event in Los Angeles, and not even that weird face that Joe’s making can take away the hot. That’s really hard to do.
Real quick, we just need to say that marriage looks REAL good on Kevin Jonas. That fresh hair, those classy shoes, and his all denim everything outfit is WORKING for him. In most parts of the world, a denim shirt paired with denim pants is called a Canadian Tuxedo, because everyone in Canada wears this outfit (I think — I’ve never been there). But Kevin is proving the ol’ Tuxedo can actually look fly. Now, if he does the same thing with a housecoat (America’s most stylish ensemble), then someone needs to give this dude an award.
